THE ITINERARY
THURSDAY, 9/19/24 – Departure @ 10pm: Passengers load Charter Bus at Good Works Community Church (113 Deep Creek Road, Hertford, NC) to travel to Tennessee.
FRIDAY, 9/20/24 @ 7am: Charter Bus stops in Cleveland, Tennessee to have breakfast at Cracker Barrel.
ARRIVAL: Charter Bus arrives in Chattanooga, TN around 10 am. From 10am – 2:45 pm: The group shops & eat lunch @ HAMILTON PLACE Mall, 2100 HAMILTON PLACE BLVD, CHATTANOOGA, TN. 37421. The Hamilton Place Mall is a 2 – floor shopping center with more than 200 stores and specialty shops, 5 department stores, and casual eateries inside and surrounding the mall, At 2:45 pm: Passengers return to the Charter Bus to Check-in at the hotel by 3pm.
7pm: Charter Bus take passengers to a nearby restaurant, Jim’N’ Nick’s Bar-B-Q for dinner.

We will stay two nights at HOMEWOOD SUITES by Hilton in Chattanooga, Tennessee. It’s less than a mile from Hamilton Place Mall and 3.4 miles drive from Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport. Offers 1 and 2 bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, dining tables, free WIFI, flat screen TVs, fitness room, outdoor pool, basketball court, a complimentary buffet breakfast served daily, and nearby restaurants. GWCC GROUP HOTEL RATES: King size bed with a pull out: $149.00 per night. Double Beds: $149.00 per night.
SATURDAY, 9/21/24
9:30am: Charter Bus will take passengers to tour the Tennessee Aquarium & Chattanooga River Market Event, (Adults: $40 Youth 5-17: $30, 4 & under: Free). River Market Event: FREE with Live Music, Arts & Crafts & Local Eats held at the Aquarium Located at One Broad Street, Chattanooga, TN 37402.
2:45 pm: Charter Bus will return passengers to the hotel to dress for the banquet.
3:45 pm: Charter Bus will take passengers to Greater Tucker MBC, 115 N. Moore Rd, Chattanooga to celebrate the Church Anniversary and Pastor Gary Hathaway’s 10th Anniversary & Birthday Party. Entertainment includes a Live (RB/Jazz) Band: Dexter Bell Trio featuring the most talented local vocalist, MS. KAREN COLLINS. Anniversary Meal served. Attire: Dressy Church or Semi-Formal.
7pm: Charter Bus will return passengers to the hotel.
SUNDAY, 9/22/24
6-9:30 am: Continental Breakfast at Hotel & Checkout.
9:45 am: Passengers load Charter Bus to attend Greater Tucker MBC Church service & have dinner.
2pm: Passengers load the Charter Bus to return to Hertford, NC.
SUNDAY, 9/22/24
ARRIVE HOME IN NC: 11:59pm at 113 Deep Creek Road (GWCC), Hertford, NC. 27944.
